Snoooze joins Sleep Awareness Week 2019

Snoooze joins Sleep Awareness Week 2019

This year’s theme “Begin with Sleep” highlights the importance of good sleep health for individuals to best achieve their personal, family, and professional goals.

Sleep is one of the most common and important human activities. Sleep allows human bodies to rest, heal, develop and can help memory. Lack of sleep or poor sleep can have multiple negative effects on the human body and mind.

The Sleep Awareness Week, organised by The National Sleep Foundation, will take place from the 10th to the 16th of March 2019. The week-long “Begin with Sleep” campaign will provide valuable information about the benefits of optimal sleep and how sleep affects health, well-being, and safety.

Here at Snoooze we resonate well with this theme. In fact our brand was founded and based on the very idea of perfect sleep anywhere - so you can wake up rested and refreshed, to make the most out of your travels.

Let her sleep for when she wakes she will move mountains.

We will be featuring sleep advice for when you are travelling throughout the week. Make sure you follow us on Instagram. We can't wait to celebrate such an important cause and hope you will join in.
