Refund policy

Snoooze’s return policy is 30 days from receipt of goods, for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your refund or exchange, we require a proof of purchase and the return of the goods.

To start a return, please email returns@snoooze.uk for a return form to be emailed to you.

Please note that products are returned at your own risk and we recommend that you use a guaranteed postal service or “signature required” method of return.
