Snoooze pillows are machine washable except the inner All Silk pillow, which is spot-clean only. Remove any non-washable inserts before washing, including AdaptGo inserts. Weigh the dry pillow and use the gentle cycle stated for that product with mild detergent. Where practical and within your machine's capacity, wash and dry two pillows together. Tumble dry thoroughly for 2–3 cycles with clean dryer balls or tennis balls, then weigh it again. Do not use or store the pillow until it has returned to its pre-wash weight and is completely dry. Wash coloured cotton pillowcases at 30°C and white cotton pillowcases at 60°C. Machine wash travel bags at 30°C. Tumble dry thoroughly before storing.
